Really good value for money with friendly hosts.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was unreliable , quite frustrating. The shower pressure varied greatly, comfortable experience. The thick duvet was unnecessary for the season, which affected our comfort during the night.

The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Church of st Augustine was at a medium distance from the hotel. Further, it was adjacent to trains, the sea and the beach. Room was tidy and available with seaview, delicious breakfast, for example. An electric kettle and a fridge were nice.

Friendly welcoming atmosphere and staff
Not a complaint, but would have preferred a two level tariff - with and without breakfast

The breakfast selection impressed everyone in my family, offering everything hot and beautifully presented. The staff was helpful. Our room had a lovely sea view that enhanced our experience, and the flowers outside added a charming touch to the overall ambiance.
Wi-Fi connection could use improvement.

The langham was such an amazin place for our family stay! The staff were super sweet, really helpful with makin sure the kids were fed, and breakfast had loads of choices which was fab. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds made for great sleep, and having a mini fridge was a nice touch. There's a cool bar downstairs too. We played pool, and it was quiet so the kiddos could chill. Love their story about supportin that non-profit school, shows how much heart they have!
The wi-fi was super spotty and the parking was a bit tricky, had to walk a little bit.

Amazing views and great hosts!
We had such a fab time! Geoff and Jacqui were super cute and always around to help. Our attic room was a trek up 5 flights, but the sea view was totally worth it. Breakfast had loads of options, really tasty! One thing, though, parking's a bit of a walk so be prepared for that.

Shower pressure delivered a refreshing experience, and the selection of shampoo and body wash added a nice touch to the stay.
The WiFi was out for the entire stay, causing disappointment, especially for younger guests. The coffee and tea setup took up most of the bedside table, forcing you to set things on the floor to make it work. Small bathrooms was good, but cleanliness was excellent throughout.
